Order forms and payment are due back by November 11th. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks payable to CHS PTO.

**Please include order form and payment in an envelope marked “Coffee Fundraiser” to ensure orders are placed correctly**

Orders will arrive about 7-12 business days after they are placed and will be delivered to the school and sent home with the students.
