About the PTO

We are a Parent Teacher Organization that provides academic, cultural, recreational and technological enrichment to the students, teachers and staff here at Cedar Hill — all because of your help! We are excited to begin the 2025-2026 school year and look forward to offering some of our favorite programs and traditions to CHS students and staff this year.

All that we accomplish throughout the year is only made possible by your support. Your willingness to volunteer valuable time to our many programs is what makes them happen.

The Cedar Hill PTO is thankful for your assistance and confidence. We value your comments and suggestions and will continue to work hard to earn your support.

Join Us!

 

Annual dues are $60 for parents.

As a PTO member, you will receive access to the online Membership Directory. You can join by taking the following steps:

  • Verify your information for existing families or set up an account for new families, using the email address you provided to the school via this link. You will have an opportunity to opt out and not have your information published in the directory.

  • Once you have created your new account or updated your information for the new school year, please pay for your CHS PTO Membership via this link.

  • Only one membership is needed per family. After you pay your PTO dues, you may need to log out and sign back in to the Membership Directory to gain access.

 

What PTO Dues Provide

  • In-school activities such as:

    • Assemblies

    • Author Visits for all grade levels

  • Subsidy for CHS community events such as:

    • Family Fun Night

    • Kids Night Out

    • Sweethearts Dance

    • Parent’s Night Out

  • Access to A-Z Membership Directory

  • School beautification, such as outdoor plantings and indoor decorations & displays

  • Homework Agendas for Grade 2-5 students

  • 5th Grade Events

    • Powerhouse Studios

    • Ice Cream Social

    • Yearbook & T-shirts

  • Ongoing communications through weekly Scoop emails
