About the PTO

We are a non-profit Parent Teacher Organization dedicated to enriching the experience of Cedar Hill students, teachers, and staff. Thanks to your support, we’re able to provide academic, cultural, recreational, and technological enrichment for our school community.

As we begin the 2025–2026 school year, we’re excited to bring back many of the programs and traditions that make Cedar Hill so special. None of this would be possible without you. Your time, energy, and commitment are what bring these programs to life.

The Cedar Hill PTO is truly grateful for your support and trust. We welcome your ideas and feedback, and we’ll continue working hard to serve our students, staff, and families.

Join Us!

 

Annual dues are $60 per family.

By paying your dues, you will receive access to the online Membership Directory which is helpful for planning playdates and birthday parties. You can join by taking the following steps:

  • Verify your information for existing families or set up an account for new families, using the email address you provided to the school via this link. You will have an opportunity to opt out and not have your information published in the directory.

  • Once you have created your new account or updated your information for the new school year, please pay your CHS PTO dues, which are considered tax-deductible donations.

    • Did you know that if you work for a large company, your employer may match this donation through employee giving programs like Benevity? Additionally, they may give you donation money for volunteer hours, PAC contributions, and more!  So, check out your employer’s giving program and consider donating the benefits to “Cedar Hill School Parent Teacher Organization Inc” to help us make an even bigger difference for our kids!

  • After you pay your PTO dues, you may need to log out and sign back in to the Membership Directory to gain access.

  • Access to A-Z Membership Directory

  • School beautification, such as outdoor plantings and indoor decorations & displays

  • Homework agendas for Grade 2-5 students

  • Ongoing communications through weekly Scoop emails
