Each CHS student (plus ONE adult guest per family) is invited to join us for ONE of the following events!
Option 1: Sweethearts Dance
Where: Cedar Hill School
When: Sunday, February 1 from 3:30 - 6 pm
The CHS Gymnasium will be transformed into a Hollywood-themed dance for students and their special date to enjoy and make wonderful memories! Each ticket will include a Party Pass for the student(s) and one special Adult Guest, dancing to the music of our DJ, a fun craft, and a very special keepsake photo. Dress code semi-formal. Tickets will be on sale through January 28.
Volunteers are needed to make the Sweetheart’s Dance a success! Please sign up HERE to help set up/decorate, help during the event, and/or donate refreshments. Refreshment donations can be dropped off in the CHS front lobby on Friday, January 30, unless you are donating baked goods, which will need to be dropped off on the day of the event. If you don’t have the time for this, consider donating towards the purchase of items instead via the link below.

Option 2: Kid’s Night Out
Where: Branchburg Sports Complex
When: Friday, April 10 from 6 - 8 pm
Come for a night of dodgeball, gaga, laser tag, arcade time, and more! Pizza, a drink, and a $5 fun card will be provided to all students who register for this event. Please only ONE adult per family can attend due to limited space, and plan to arrive by 5:45 p.m. to sign in, as grade-level activities start promptly at 6 p.m. Also, anyone participating must complete the BSC WAIVER before the event start date. Tickets will be on sale through April 3.
Important details:
The PTO is pleased to subsidize these two events so tickets will be offered at a reduced price of $30 per CHS student. Adult guests are free.
Tickets will NOT be sold at the door and tickets will NOT be sold past the deadline (to help reduce the amount of volunteer work it takes to organize these events).
If you have multiple children that attend CHS, they are not required to attend the same event. Each child can attend one event of their choice.
If you have multiple children attending the same event, only one adult member of the family can attend with them.
Siblings who do not go to Cedar Hill School are not permitted to attend either event.
Please, each student can only pick one event to attend as we do not have enough space to accommodate everyone.
All sales are final and non-transferrable across events.
If you are not able to donate your time and/or goods for the event, please consider a monetary donation instead.
