Secure a keepsake of your student’s time at CHS! The deadline to order yearbooks passed on April 15. While late orders will not be accepted, you can contact Caitlin Rajan in case extra copies are available.
YEARBOOK shoutouts
You can add a personal message (“shout out”) to your student’s yearbook to tell your child how proud you are and cheer them on as they head off to middle school! There is a limit of 4 shout-outs per student (messages from multiple family members are welcome), and each shout-out costs $5. The deadline to purchase passed on April 1 and late orders will not be accepted.
baby and kindergarten pictures
There will be sections of the yearbook that contain baby and kindergarten pictures of each student. To do this, please email (fifthyearbook@cedarhillpto.org) one baby and one kindergarten picture of your student and be sure to include the child’s name in the email. The deadline to submit pictures passed on March 13 and late submissons can not be accepted.

Lawn Signs
Show your pride in your fifth-grade graduate to your neighborhood with a lawn sign! To order, complete this form by April 24. Signs will be ready for pick-up at Cedar Hill mid-May.

Celebrations!
After 6 fulfilling years at CHS, there is a lot to celebrate! Listed below are the activities planned to recognize the accomplishments of our fifth-graders:
Party at PowerHouse Studios: A fun celebration featuring pizza, cupcakes, dancing, and tons of wild activities! It will occur during school hours (busing provided) on Friday, June 12. For additional information and to register, click here. The registration deadline is May 29.
Field Trip to Philadelphia: On Wednesday, June 3, the students will enjoy an educational and fun trip to Philly! Please see the permission slip shared by your teacher, and return by April 1.
Field Day: At field day on Friday, May 29, fifth-graders will receive special recognition with speeches by our fifth-grade Student Council representatives.
Ice Cream Social: The PTO will host an ice cream social for the students during school hours in June, where they can sign one another’s yearbooks.
Talent Show: On June 16, the fifth-graders will have a talent show, and families are invited to join! Please be on the lookout for information from your teacher.
Clap out: On the last day of school, families are invited to come cheer as the fifth-graders march around the school! More information will be provided by the Principal in May.

T SHIRT ORDERS
The PTO is gifting every 5th grader a free CHS t-shirt to wear at Field Day, the field trip to Philadelphia, the fifth-grade Powerhouse Studios celebration, and the last-day-of-school clap-out. The custom t-shirt graphic will list the names of all of our 2025 CHS 5th graders!
To ensure we have your student’s preferred size and their name spelled correctly, please complete this quick form by April 1. If you do not respond by the deadline, your child will receive a Youth Large t-shirt with their student’s name as it is listed in the school's records.

bake sale:
To help subsidize the cost of the fifth-grade celebrations, the PTO will host a fifth-grade bake sale. Thank you for your support of the Bake Sale, which was a big success!
