Big Sibling Program- REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Earlier this year, the high school partnered with the elementary schools to start a Big Sibling mentoring program. The Covid pandemic had impacted younger students through alterations at home, at school, and with everyday activities. To help these younger children better cope with the many changes they faced, the Big Sibling Program matched RHS students (“Bigs”) with elementary students (“Littles”) who shared common interests. Meeting twice each week for 20-30 minutes each time, Bigs mentored their Littles in academics, organization, and/or socialization. In just the past five months, the program has grown rapidly, and we are now looking to expand it into the summer months and the 2021-2022 school year.
